CABLE BOLT (ROPE STABILIZATION)

Ay-Yıldız Engineering Cable Bolt systems are reliable long-anchor support solutions designed for tunneling and mining projects where deep, weak or highly deformable rock masses require high load-bearing capacity. Thanks to their flexible structure, Cable Bolts perform exceptionally well in applications where conventional rock bolts are insufficient or where significant ground deformation is anticipated.

Our Cable Bolts are available in 12.7 mm, 15.2 mm and 18.0 mm diameters, and in several configurations such as Plain, Bulbed, Birdcage and Half-Birdcage types, allowing full adaptability to project requirements.

For applications requiring increased load performance, Cable Bolts can be used together with 7 mm high-strength components and integrated with Split Set or other steel support systems. The products are supplied in strandpacks (coil-free, center-pull formats) and equipped with specially designed separators to ensure smooth uncoiling. Standard production is right-hand lay; left-hand lay options are available upon request. External protective wrapping and palletized packaging can also be supplied.

  • Elongation: Minimum 3.5%, average 6.5%

18.0 mm Cable Bolt

  • Suitable for deep anchoring applications requiring high load capacity
  • Custom-produced based on project requirements
